Rack of Lamb



















For those of you who love perfectly cooked, medium rare meat it's time you took the guess work out and used a good meat thermometer. This is especially handy when doing a large roast or in this case rack of lamb. The one I use is the Polder Digital Cooking Thermometer/Timer.

  1. This lamb looks absolutely delicious. I too just bought a meat thermometer and it certainly takes out the second guessing if something is done or not. I love your dishes....bon appetite!
